It has got the approval from customers. Our automatic SUMSANG SM482 machine can handle the component small to 0201, 0.2mm pitch connector, 0.3mm diameter BGA& CSP. At the same time, we have the 10 zone reflow oven, insert line, lead free waving soldering oven assembly line for mobile product and bluetooth lock and Wireless intelligent socket, AOI & X-RAY to support full process of PCBA.
